CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE:

• Dogs must be inoculated against distemper, hardpad, leptospirosis & parvovirus --certificate checked…..Yes/NO…..Expiry Date………………… Microchip No……………………………..
• Cats must be full vaccinated against Enteritis and Feline Respiratory Disease (Flu) Inoculations are normally administered annually therefore proof of vaccination must be supplied when your pet arrives for boarding.
• If after arrival your pet develops any illness or condition requiring veterinary attention the cost will be added to your account.
• Delivery /collection of animals will be during normal business hours or by arrangement.
• Boarding fees as recorded on the booking form are payable on collection of pets by Credit/Debit Card or Cash.
• We charge the day of arrival and day of departure inclusive regardless of the time of pick up.
• Braeside Cattery & Kennels cannot be held responsible for any injuries arising as a result of animals sharing accommodation at the owners request.
• Whilst every possible care and attention is given to every animal boarded at these premises, we cannot be held responsible for loss either from illness or any other cause.
• Whilst in these premises your animal will be covered by Cliverton insurance.
• Short notice cancellations of less than 2 weeks shall incur a charge of 20% of the total bill.
• While everyone is free to pick up their animal early we will still charge for the full booking.
• I agree that if considered necessary my Dog will be seen by Braeside Cattery & Kennels named vet /owners own vet  (only within 10 mile radius of Establishment)

If your pet is not collected within FOURTEEN days, no communication having been received, we shall have the authority to sell or rehome the animal.

Reception opening hours:

Monday – Friday     10.00am – 12 noon  then   14.00 – 18.00  Or by prior arrangement.

We are closed between 12.00 – 14.00

Saturday and Sunday   10.00am – 13.00 Or by prior arrangement.
